These do the job fine for my mother. I use these for peripheral stuff and for that they are fine - nothing heavy. I use a pad and a sheet for the heavy stuff. The whole thing is quite expensive.

These are brilliant wipes - very soft - use them when changing stoma pouch - would highly recommend.
