A relief!
You have to hold the power button for a few moments to turn it on. The vibration is truly perfect. Although the heat function works, I rarely use it. The curved part gets comfortably into the space in front of my ear. Although my pain isn’t gone (oh how I wish it was!) this certainly helps.

Lasts for two days - TOPS
This product seemed like it would relieve my jaw stiffness, but sadly, the battery on it lasted around two days and I cannot figure out how to charge it or replace the battery, so now the purchase / product is totally useless.

So excited for the relief -feels so good
Have had TMJ since Sept 2020. Covid destroyed my mouth with dislocating my jaw. Have the neck traction pillow for TMJ but this is wonderful. Soft, warm and vibrates. My jaw couldn’t be happier! Great value! Works well! Recommend for anyone suffering with TMJ. Fits perfectly in hand and on jaw! Great for jaw pain. Heat and vibration works better than the TMJ exercises do. Relief! Highly recommend for anyone suffering from TMJ. It is a lifelong problem. And this device is amazing! Saw my physical therapist and my jaw is not straight and in place. It had been dislocated for two years! And this is massager is perfect whenever I have jaw pain and appears to help me strengthen it. TMJ is not curable this makes makes it endurable.

Doesn’t get hot battery doesn’t last
I have tmj issues for a long time so i try any product i can possibly get my hands on that offers relief. I was very interested in this one because they said its “heated” this product does not get hot at all and the tip of it were you use to massage the jaw does not get hot at all. It gets hot in the base were your palm is holding it which does absolutely nothing for you. The battery life on it is terrible dies after 10 minutes max and has a unique charger so if you lose it youll never be able to charge it! Im giving it 3 stars because the vibration modes are super powerful which is great but might be too powerful because you lose all feeling in your hand after using it.
