Perfect Pilates ball
This ball is great for doing neck strengthening. You can blow it up all the way for other exercises or leave it half blown up for neck exercises. It retains air, no leaking. Suitable for many exercises. Very easy to blow up with provided straw. So far no bursting or cracking of the material.

I recently had a fall that required physical therapy. They used a ball like this for some exercises. I purchased this ball because it is the size I need. It works great. It’s easy to inflate and all that you need is included. It is made well. The price was great. I’ve been able to do the exercises to keep my recovery from going. I recommend this ball and I would purchase it again.

Plastic stinks, oozes some really nasty stuff, and is severely egg shaped after the first use, other than that it's fantastic. If you like feeling gooey, with some stinky awful substance that wont wash off and continues to stink after multiple washings you'll love it!
