Rubbing the Pure Magnesium Oil Spray on the soles of my feet and around my calves by massaging it gently in. This Oil is better than the Magnesium capsules I've been taking. With the Pure Magnesium Oil Spray I have no leg twitching and with the Magnesium capsules I had very loose BM movements, that has totally changed with this Magnesium Oil.Sofar I'm sold on it and will use it nightly when I go to bed or on my third shift job.I highly recommend this Magnesium Oil.

Wow! Never buy deodorant again! Spray underarms and never stink again. lol IT WORKS! Just try it! I spray and then rub on some coconut oil after it drys. I can sweat and it keeps the funk away.

This magnesium spray is a godsend. I’ve sprayed it under my feet and behind my neck. I rub it in 20 minutes after laying down. I am knocked out great product for the price.

The plastic bottle had a crack on the bottom unfortunately I did not notice it until I realized how much was missing and I had not used it that much I then set it on a piece of dark cardboard and I saw that it was spilling out but I had had it already too long to return and I didn't think I should complain if I didn't notice right away

I tried this because it was all over social media claiming to do wonderful things for aches and pains, and help you sleep, etc...I bought several bottles thinking I would give them as gifts. I tried one of the bottles and it did absolutely nothing for me. It just made my skin feel oily and I did not sleep any better. I tried to return the unopened bottles and they will not let me return them.

I have been using PM sleep medication for the past 10 years and at one point I was taking lots of it since over time you build up a resistance to the dosage. I stopped using the PM meds and just took melatonin alone. That did nothing for me. I was up staring at the ceiling past 3 a.m. which sucked. So one night I saw on TikTok that someone was using a magnesium spray on their feet to help induce sleep so I figured I’d get a bottle. The shipping was fast, there is no scent and the bottle is the size of a body spray bottle. I honestly did not expect this to do anything to me since melatonin wasn’t doing the trick, but I figured I’ve spent more money on stuff that didn’t work so I got it. Let me tell y’all this stuff is the truth!!! The TikTok video massaged 2-3 sprays into the bottom of each foot. I tried it but for some reason I didn’t feel any difference. I googled where else to use it and it said abdomen. I just sprayed it on the inside of my elbows and 30 minutes later I couldn’t keep my eyes open. The spray is easy to use, affordable, and very effective. So far I have not had any issues with skin irritation. I don’t notice any difference in pain. Even though I only use 4-6 sprays a night, I’m going to get another bottle so I don’t ever run out. As soon as I hit “submit”, I’m going to sleep. If it’s not working for you, try different areas of your body to see what works best.

Item was recommended to me for easing pain. Not sure if it’s working yet.
