No input switching or video artefacting issues
Using this to switch between my work laptop's thunderbolt dock and personal gaming PC. I have 3 1080p 144hz monitors running through it as well as a mouse, keyboard, and microphone. I have experienced no issues while using it with either setup. Picture quality and refresh rate have not deteriorated at all, and I have not noticed any artefacting even during bitrate-heavy video/gaming. Switching is as fast as it takes your computer to detect the inputs, so it could be slow depending on your setup (my PC fully switches in about 3 seconds, but going back to the laptop and dock takes roughly double that).

Did not work
I purchased this once, when it arrived it was dead and would not work. So I asked for a replacement. The replacement worked but only for 1 week before it stopped working. This was a waste of money.

Know what you need and what you want, then buy this
KVM is more so an advanced equipment so if you don't know what this is, don't get it, you will not know how to use it nor max it's potential. Now, I got a defective unit right off the bat, super long latency and also screen flicks. Reached out to their customer service (in China of course) and after a few email exchanges, they sent me a new unit, which worked as it should, meaning, there is still some latency when changing workstation (that's expected with signal exchange) but much better than waiting 5 minutes to see if it works or not.Bottom line, if you know what this is and need it, test it as soon as you get it to make sure it works as it should. Otherwise, you are wasting your money for what looks like a great unit.

Game changer
This KVM switch works perfectly so far. Reminder (I was confused at first): you need lots of HDMI/DP cables. For example, I have 2 monitors and 2 computers so I need 6 cables. For 3 monitors it would be 9. So z=x+(x*y)

Worked well while it worked
When I first got this KVM switch, it felt like striking gold, an affordable KVM to use my multiple high-resolution monitors for work and for my gaming computer. It delivered on its promises, performing admirably and offering exceptional value compared to its counterparts. However, this initial joy was short-lived, as durability and functionality issues emerged over time.+ Seamless Switching: The ability to switch between work and personal computers was flawless, greatly enhancing my productivity and workspace efficiency.+ Incredible Value: For its price, the performance of the KVM switch initially seemed unbeatable, providing functionalities often reserved for higher-priced alternatives. High resolution, high refresh rate KVMs are usually hundreds of dollars.+/- The USB ports on the front of the switch aren't ideally placed, in my opinion, I wish the USBs were in the back even if the box needed to be bigger (makes it hard to cable manage)- Durability Issues: After only a month of use, the PC2 input malfunctioned and ceased working, raising concerns about the product's longevity.- Display Compatibility: When used with my 3840x1600 144hz monitor, the display would occasionally flicker. Despite trying different cables, inputs, and monitors, I'm convinced this is an issue with the KVM. When I plug my monitor directly into my computer with the same cable, I don't have this issue. While the KVM switch offers substantial value and impressive functionality at the outset, potential buyers should weigh these benefits against the possibility of encountering similar issues that I faced. It's a mixed bag - a product that promises much but may fall short on reliability over time. I assume users with lower resolution displays won't experience these issues, as it won't put as much strain on the KVM.

Well constructed, works for me (wish it was lower cost, but oh well!)
Works well and as expected. Extension control cable is an excellent addition.

For 2 Laptops, this product simply does not work.
I have two Dell laptops and two Dell WD22TB4 Thunderbolt docking stations. One pair is for work and one pair for personal use. The quick summary is that this three monitor KVM switch just doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's only for desktops and not for laptops, or if this KVM switch is all around defective.I've run through every configuration / power on / power off / unplug / with the correct cables (not using any adaptors), and the best I could do was get the one monitor that uses the HDMI cable to flicker for a moment. Other three monitor KVM switches appear to be 3x the price of this one, so I guess I got what I paid for here in a completely non-working product.

Good while it lasted
Worked good for a couple months but then the USB’s started sporadically disconnecting/reconnecting on their own. Tried troubleshooting with the Manufacturer but they ended up giving me a full refund 3 months after purchase.
