I've been able to crank out and extra couple of reps since taking this and my libido seems to give me a few extra reps too. No aftertaste from the supplement. No jitters, although this one doesn't have caffeine in it so I shouldn't be getting any. I really cannot ask for more from Fadogia Agrestis. I'll be a repeat buyer.

I got this supplement to help with muscle recovery and the jury is still out on that. I will say the dosage of 1 per day to get 600mg of fadogia is huge for me. It seems I have a bit of boost in my strength which is a good thing for me at my age. This has been added to my daily intake of supplements.
