Mine was defective. Top heating element wont work.. It didn't work out of the box...Apparently it is unfixable and a disposable product... I contacted Euro cuisine, this was their response: "Thank you for your email. The unit can't be fixed and we don't have the parts". Sincerely yours, Euro Cuisine I omitted the name,address and phone number for privacy

The stone is practically useless. There should be a shallow pan besides the deep pan. Still, a good buy as it is.

Does what it supposed to do mostly, but the bottom of the pizza doesn't get brown enough for me. Using a pizza stone in my home oven does a better job.

Burns on top and not done on the bottom, I hate that I paid this much money for something like this!

When I first used this pizza maker I was not happy because I originally got it to cook frozen pizza, and you must unthaw the pizza first. However, I decided to make my own pizza using it and it was great... way better than any frozen pizza!

The timer stopped working after the 2nd time using it so I sent it back

The oven cooks well makes great pizza of your choice. The only thing i don't like about it is the coating on the deep dish pan starts to fleck off very quickly and you have to be careful your not eating those black flecks

I thought that this pizza maker was great. I've been making a lot of pizzas with it and it hasn't ever failed, I'm completely satisfied with the delicious pizza it makes. The design is well thought-out, the buttons are positioned well and don't get in the way. The pizza maker felt pretty solid and durable. The rotating feature works as intended, it ensures that the pizza is cooked evenly. Not only that, but the pizza maker can also be used to make other flat foods besides pizzas. I've like the pizza maker so far and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I bought this for my son-in-law to use when the boys come over to watch hockey. He loves it, but best to try it outside first and then get used to the cooking process. It cooks on both sides, thus it is far faster than using an oven. On the other hand when you are feeding hungry men..speed in cooking is a good thing n'est-ce pas?

Seems easy to use and has lots of space for all types of pizzas. Might be a bit more expensive than other pizza ovens, but you get what you pay for.

Great product, easy to use
