Won't let you see the 1 star reviews so that is the only reason I left a 5 star rating. Wish I would have went with my gut on these. I bought 3 for my small office building just for bathroom sinks. They don't heat up for crap. If you want 60 degree water these are for you. If you want actual warm water look elsewhere. I am past my return period otherwise I would send this crap back.

Fantastic item. I now have hot water in my basement bar where I only had cold water fed from an outside spigot. The temperature control is really spot on and delivers nice hot water to do the glasses.
