Good quality
I have bought vanilla from different sellers and usually the beans have fungus on them. These beans seem to have been processed properly so no mold. Rather they are plump oily and full of vanilla flavour.Will definitely purchase again.Update: After buying 1 pack, i had to buy more, i got 3 more as these are so good and the best quality in India

These vanilla beans are vacuum sealed and came on time!! Used these to make vanilla extract and they are amazing! Super high quality long grade A+ beans, nice amount of oil, there were TONS of beans in each pod, the smell filled my kitchen with Vanilla the second I opened them up. I made several recipes using these vanilla beans; they were delicious, and the vanilla flavor came out beautifully. Perfect for making extracts or desserts!

Good flavor profile
Top quality Madagascar vanilla beans, rich aroma, full flavor, perfect for baking, desserts and gourmet cooking. I have stopped using artificial vanilla as it has beaver boo.

Improperly processed beans
The beans have gone completely mouldy only a short time after cutting the bag open. Not just a little, but green grey mould, in and on all the beans. Far too much to be rubbed off or cured again….

Waste of money don't buy.... better just but vanilla extract that cost less and better in flavour.
