It does the job just need to use it consistently to strengthen the lungs. I like the size fits in the purse and it’s easy to bring with for travel.

Not real impressed with this, but its better than nothing.

Even though I don’t have any health conditions, I was advised to use this device regularly as a proactive measure, and I've noticed a significant difference. It’s also compact, making it easy to carry and clean.

Helped me breathe better
I bought this to try to help myself breathe more deeply. I don't want to use the CPAP machine anymore. I have used this device 6 times or so. I actually fell sleep on the couch and slept! This has not happened in years. I normally stop breathing after a couple minutes and wake up. I slept for 40 mini! Also my CPAP is recording me taking much deeper breaths during the night. I reccomend it!
