Tenho outros rádios, mas esse é sem dúvida um dos melhores para DX

Tengo muchas dificultades para que el Eton Elite funcione en AM -Short Wave, y esto me ha decepcionado ya que específicamente compre el radio para escuchar estaciones de Onda Corta (Short Wave). Además no trae audífonos ni antena externa. El manual no contiene una sección para resolver problemas de audición que se pudieran presentar como en mi caso. Fue una mala inversión. Por una decima parte de lo que pagué hubiera comprado un radio en México con AM y FM básico.

Fantastic radio for all radio requirements for either shortwave listening or listening in to the airband the only thing I would like to improve is it coming with a rechargeable battery system.

This is one great radio that has stood the test of time. Great band coverage and plenty of station storage. A bit of a learning curve, but study the manual and watch the many, many YouTube videos for this radio. You'll be very pleased you bought this gem! My only negative is that the great case that protects the radio makes it difficult to deploy the extended antenna because of the location of attachment to the radio. I run mine with rechargeable AA batteries and work great. A truly 5 Star radio!

I use this radio to listen to air band (I’m 10-15 km from my local airport) and the sensitivity is excellent with just the telescopic antenna. The only thing I can’t really hear is the aircraft once they are on the ground, but the rest is loud and clear. Really fun if you also use one of the apps to track aircraft in the air like FlightRadar24. Menus are ok, it’s important to remember that this radio is loaded wth a ton of features so some complexity navigating them should be expected but nothing too hard to figure out. External antennas work well but even on SSB I can hear quite a few stations with just the telescopic one. Overall a great portable if like to listen to something else other than typical FM/AM.
