Amazing and worth it
It's very rich and refined, makes a beautiful red color to your baked goods. The taste as of putting it in a drink or a smoothie I mean you can even add it to just plain water and add raw honey to sweeten and it makes a rich and flavorful taste. It is truly such a great product and I will definitely be buying again from this company!!

Absolutely a wonderful product
Sooooo delicious and nutritious.We use this in about twenty different recipes.In smoothies, it adds a tartness and sweetnessIn rice, it boosts the nutrition and makes it a really fun colorIn soups, it adds a really nice, smooth, mellow flavor, especially when we forget to actually buy beetsI also make this wacky nut mix where I use a neutral bullet to blend a whole bunch of different seeds and nuts and almond butter with this beet powder and it gives me a lot of energy and I’m close to 50Wholly and highly recommend this

Good natural food dye!
Perfect for use as a natural dye! It does have a slight beet flavor and subtle sweetness so if you use alot you will notice it but it does not taste bad. I have used this in bittercream frosting and Whipped cream so far and both have turned out exactly as I was hoping.

Good quality
Smells like beets, I sprinkle this in my dogs food to help her with itching, and it does help. This one is priced well compared to others I have tried

Tastes like beets. It came a bit hard and clumpy.

Does okay coloring icing but does not achieve red
I bought this to color icing red. It makes a lovely reddish pink but that is it. But when left out the color fades. The more you add the more it smells like beets. Not what you want your icing to smell like. A little bit doesn’t taste but when you add a few tablespoons it tastes very earthy. I didn’t buy it for health reasons so not sure if it has any health benefits.

Healthy alternative to artificial food coloring!
I purchased this so I can tint frosting for cookies. I was able to get a nice pink and a darker pinkish red. With added extract of vanilla and strawberry the beet flavor was not noticed. I also included some ground dehydrated strawberries for the darker pinkish red. Overall I was able to achieve what I wanted. It would be fun to include this in a cake batter.
