I've been taking these for about 2 weeks and they are working great. I notice I am more regular than I was prior to taking them. Also, I just got back from a min-vacation with my husband. We ate (and drank) a lot more than we usually do and these really helped me stay regular, not have any bloating, gas or indigestion. The only thing I don't love about them is that they are REALLY big. I hope they can make the pill smaller in the future. But for now - they're fine. Great product!

I am lactose intolerant. I use this so I don’t stink up a room when I eat dairy. It works extremely well. Better than any kind of lactaid pills. I noticed with lactaid pills I can still have some gas and more often than not I’d have diarrhea. With this product I noticed my stools were normal and I don’t have gas. I try to wait at least 10 minutes before eating dairy after taking the pill so I don’t have gas. I noticed with some foods my stomach will act weird and feel uncomfortable but I’m not sure if that’s just me.

Great product ! I don’t love that the serving is 1-3 a day since I have a sensitive stomach but taking these do not make me feel sick. So these are a win for me! I only take one a day though. With food!

Been using for a couple years now and has helped me tremendously, especially for my gut health and digestion. I also find that I am not as "regular" when I don't take this.

The gastric support blend really helps to reduce bloat and gastric upset along with the digestive enzymes. I have purchased this product numerous times and will continue to do so.

I have always had digestive issues, when can be super stressful and annoying. Once I started taking these pills I have noticed a huge different in my floating and I am so much more regular than I had been for a long time. These things are my life savors, I take them 3 times a meal a little bit before a meal!Have already ordered my second bottle!

seriously relived my constant belly cramps. makes me feel a lot better in the intestines and i use it daily and have been for about 5 months. super recommended.
