This 70th birthday party decor package was perfect. Packaged well, nothing missing and quality materials. The large banner isn’t plastic. It’s a nice lightweight, but sturdy material.You do have to assemble some of the decorations, but it was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

The package has a very nice variety of decorations and the colors matched perfectly with how we wanted to decorate. I liked the fact that some of the items didn't need to be taped to walls they could be hung. Things seemed very sturdy too.
