Difficult to get to work
It was too difficult to troubleshoot and took way too much time trying to figure it out. I gave up. Sent it back.

Very cool
Very cool item you can do your wording a lot quicker and easier and even do pictures with it on small scale. I wish the print screen was bigger. But all in all I'm very happy with this

functions
I got this to mark my wine boxes at bottling time, it works if you tap it on a wet rag every time before you use it, down fall is that a replacement ink cartridge is more expensive than buying the whole unit.

Five stars hands down!! Got a new job at a daycare I couldn't remember the kid's names, they kept taking off their name tags, so solved it with this! If only they mad a tool to hold the kids down (they tend to move around a bit when getting labeled), but other than that, highly recommended!

does not work on plastic and issues with print quality
I was very hopeful that this would work for marking up "best by" dates and "batch numbers" on my products, but unfortunately the print quality is really bad (lines missing in the print) and the ink will not print on plastic without streaking. This, unfortunately, doesn't work for my needs. I loved the price point but it looks like it's not able to do what I need it to do.
