A book that I've been looking forward to reading for a long time. It did not disappoint. I hope they make a Billboard Book of Number three Singles!

I read this several times a week, Great stories about each #2 hit. full of trivia and interesting facts.

Another great music reference book. What's amazing is how some songs had such staying power being at #2 week after week but couldn't nudge the #1 out of the top spot. I used this book on a number of occasions when researching music. I liked the inclusion of specific chart dates too. A number of radio programers have done specialty programming from the information in the book.
