EZ-ACCESS Tilt Toilet Lift Single Motor Standard Seat

Everything is good except for one thing which is very important and most important when you put it up to get off The seat is two UP so her legs are not touching the floor there is no way without the assistant should be able to get off She already fell from it once trying to do it by herrself maybe if you’re tall like 6.0fit tall and plus It might work but I don’t know if there is a lot of old people the tall I can’t return it they want to take it back otherwise I would’ve like I said the product is great but unfortunately because of what eight mentioned it doesn’t work I will try to post a video

I found the assembly instructions to be lacking, and the pictures provided need to be more detailed, and larger.

A healthcare worker took the plastic top off to wipe the toilet and forgot to put it back on My dad sat down and cut his butt. Seriously like bleeding cut. He was injured and it scared him. I recommend that you cover that metal with some sort of rubber coating

Bought this for my 94 y.o. , 130 lb, mother who can't get up from the toilet without help.I installed it 6 months ago. Went quickly and smoothly - watching a youtube video ahead of time just made it easier. I plugged into a heavy duty extension chord.After that, it is just as described.Can't say how it works for heavier people, but for my mother it is perfect.

Toilet lift finally arrived. I began installation only to discover that I had received an elongated toilet lift seat as opposed to the standard lift seat that I ordered. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed ,however, since the toilet lift is badly needed and any tampering with the wrapping invalidates return, I'm requesting a refund of the difference between the standard toilet seatand the elongated seat. I paid an additional amount for the standard seat.
