ECO-WORTHY Solar Crimper Tool Kit 13 PCS

I recently received the ECO-WORTHY Solar Crimper Tool Kit and am thoroughly impressed with its quality and functionality and the add it came ahead of time. This comprehensive 13-piece set comes with a reliable crimper and 10 pairs of solar connectors, making it an essential addition to any solar installation project. The tools are well-designed, sturdy, and user-friendly, ensuring that even those new to solar work can handle them with ease. I highly recommend the ECO-WORTHY Solar Crimper Tool Kit for anyone looking to streamline their solar projects. It’s a fantastic investment for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike!

Worked well for connecting my solar arrays. All parts fit as expected and the crimper itself seems durable and is easy to use. Good value for the price particularly since it comes with some connections.

Second time purchasing, used most of the first set before it got lost in the yard somewhere.... Most of my system is Eco-Worthy branded and I have had excellent results with their brand. One thing I noticed as these connectors do not play well with some of the other brands out there but they work perfect within their own brand.

I bought this set so I could turn 2 long cables into 4 not quite as long cables. The connectors are good quality, and have so far (about 3 weeks) held up well just sitting on the ground through rain and snow melt. The crimper is good quality as well. The ratcheting mechanism works well, with no more slop on the open end than you'd expect from a budget set. The disconnect tools/wrenches work, but consider them a disposable item if you'll be making lots of cables. To get the connectors tight over the gasket, you have to turn until the "wrench" slips on the hex part of the connector, which will surely wear it out before long. Sort of like a disposable torque wrench. That carrying case is definitely not long for this world if you are going to be using the crimper or disconnect tools regularly. The elastic bands that hold them in place have to stretch pretty far to remove and replace them. It's just as well in my case. As soon as I use all of the connectors or buy more, the tools will go in a tool box or bag and any connectors into a different storage arrangement. Definitely worth the price if you are just a hobbyist or DIYer.

It’s a very sturdy crimper and it comes with 10 MC4 connectors in a handy little carrying case. It’s a very nice kit and the price is fantastic. If you’re dealing with solar pick one up, you won’t be sorry.

I picked up this ECO-WORTHY solar crimper kit because I needed to make some custom MC4 connectors, and it honestly didn't disappoint. I had never actually built a solar cable from scratch before and I was a little intimidated at first, thinking it might be a complicated process. However, the kit comes with all the tools and components you need to get started right away. After watching a couple of videos to get the technique down, I gave it a shot and found that it was much easier than I expected. Being able to make my own cables saved me the hassle and extra cost of hunting down specific custom lengths online. Now that I have the crimper and the extra connectors on hand, I have the peace of mind knowing I can expand or repair my setup whenever I want. The tools feel solid and the connections are tight, which is exactly what you want when you're dealing with a solar power system. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes building their own solar solutions; it makes the whole job feel a lot more professional and customizable.

I've used this solar crimper tool kit about half a dozen times for my solar panel cable assemblies, and so far, so good. The crimper works effectively, providing solid and secure connections every time. The included solar connectors and spanner wrenches are a nice touch, making the whole installation process smooth and straightforward. One thing I appreciate is the quality of the tools. They feel durable and well-made, giving me confidence that they'll last through many more uses. The connectors fit perfectly, and I haven’t had any issues with them loosening or failing, which is crucial for maintaining a reliable solar setup. The only minor inconvenience I've found is that the crimper can be a bit stiff initially, but it loosens up with use. This hasn't affected the performance, just something to be aware of when you first start using it. This tool kit is a reliable and efficient solution for anyone working on solar installations. It has performed well for me so far, and I’m confident it will continue to do so. If you need a comprehensive tool kit for solar panel cable assembly, this one is definitely worth considering.

The kit is as described. The connectors are good quality, and the metal internal pieces that get crimped to the wire work with the crimping tool perfectly. I have so far attached 4 of the connectors and it worked the first time and I didn't waste any. The 2 plastic tools to tighten the back end of the connectors work really well.
