Good size, sticky stuff is good and comes off with gentle pressure.

strips helped to open nose and allow better nasal breathing, however after 3 days of wearing (16 hours per day) the bridge of my nose is sore from the pressure almost like a small bruise/pressure sore. so all in all okay product serves it purpose but not for long use or everday use which is a shame

I bought these as I was having congestion through the night and wanted to help breathe through my nose better but I'm constantly trying to re-conmect to my nose. I clean the area beforehand but still come unstuck. I'll need to find a better product and spend more money now.

I use them as nasal strips but they’re not sticky enough. But such good value!!
