Reliable and easy to use
Works beautifully. First cook was a 16 hour session and the meal was a triumph. I have other INKBIRD products and everything works flawlessly with the app. Easy to use, reliable. Go for it.

It could be easier to use
theoretically it should be easy to use with the APP but pairing with wi-fi is not easy at all

Display stopped working after few uses!
Digital display stopped working after a few uses. Now it can only be controlled and monitored via the app, which is annoying.

Perfect for sous vide. You can wrap your feed and secure it with the clips, or simply drape it over the food to weigh it down. Doesn't rust, and you can just let it air dry before storing and using it again. Very happy with this purchase.

A little bit pricey but it does exactly what you need to do

It's plenty heavy to keep bags submerged. But I have a difficult time getting it to stay wrapped around the bag. I'll think I have it secure. And when I first put the bag in, it sinks right away. But then as the (little) trapped air begins to warm, the bag slips loose and floats to the top.
