The design of my Alienware has a raised edge to the top and the position of the camera is in such a way, that the cover HAS to be stuck on that. Below dips down to be flatter so I was concerned that this may cause it not stick properly but it did. So I'm thrilled.I was hella confused by the clear strip we were provided to peel off to stick. (Added a picture so you could see that.) With no directions provided, I just couldn't figure out what to do with it and eventually I gave up and just peeled off the back of the sticky tape on the camera cover itself and stuck that.It's a great buy for the price, it works well thus far and tiny enough to be inconspicuous. For a size reference, I've added a picture of the cover alongside the tag of a soda.

Very thin. It’s been on my laptop camera for about a year and a half and it’s still on pretty good. The slider doesn’t slide open or anything, it has a smooth slide. It’s good material.

Micro-sized, ultra thin metal is exactly what these are. One laptop has a fully flat screen and this was really easy to position. The other laptop has a slight rim projecting around the screen. That was more of a challenge as the camera is really close to the edge but I managed to get it working (no fault of this product). Both laptops close fine without any disturbance by the cover. Good purchase.

Works as expected. Magnet to hold the cover slide is strong. Once in place it isn’t easily moved. The cover slide itself requires a bit more force than would have expected, but I’ve grown to appreciate it as the cover won’t shift as the laptop is transported. Overall recommend. Might consider a lighter color in order to make it more obvious if the cover is covering the camera. It’s a bit tricky to see the dark blue in low light environments.

The slide mechanism is smooth and holds securely in place—no accidental sliding open. Fits well without interfering with closing my laptop, and after some time using it, there’s no issue with adhesion or looseness.But it is overpriced. For two small plastic slides, it just doesn’t feel worth what you’re paying—similar covers cost noticeably less elsewhere.Overall, does the job well. 4 stars.

I love these. I always feel weird about having cameras all over everything I use, and being able to block it while not removing the ability to slide the little thing over and use it when I want is really nice. They stick well, I haven't had any problems with them unsticking, and they're easy to use and not super noticeable as long as the thing you put it on is also black.

Easy to apply to my laptop and easy to slide the cover. Very tiny so easy to lose track of from the package. The adhesive works pretty well, never had an issue of them falling off.

Used this on my new computer and it is working fine. These are sturdier than the little plastic covers I have gotten before and the adhesion seems to be stronger. This will fit on tablets as well computers. Anything that has a video camera with a little space around it, it will cover. Gives peace of mind, that no one can watch you. It is easy to shift it open so you can use if need the camera.
