Great for drying fresh pasta — works well, but a bit lightweight
I bought this to go with my new pasta machine (birthday present) and it’s been really useful for drying fresh pasta. It makes it much easier to hang strands neatly so they don’t stick together on the worktop, and there’s plenty of space across the bars for a decent batch. It’s quick to set up and simple to use, and it folds away nicely when you’re done, which is handy if you don’t want kitchen clutter. The only reason I’ve knocked a star off is the build quality feels a little flimsy/lightweight. It hasn’t failed, but I’m careful when moving it once pasta is hanging because it doesn’t feel as solid as I expected. If it was a bit sturdier it would be perfect — but for the price and for home use, it does the job well.
