Give to my husband for prostate health on non tomato days
One can get Lycopene from tomatoes, but on days that he does not have any tomatoes, I give him one of these. Prostate issues are common as a man get older and lycopene is supposed to increase prostate health. Some multis have lycopene in them, so that is a way to get it also.

For Prostate Health
My husband did some online research and found this product to be highly recommended, which was confirmed by both his urologist and naturopath. It must be good because after initially buying it in a health food store, he was unable to find it there - and was informed it was backordered due to popularity! Seems more helpful to me for cholesterol than blood pressure
I've used the NOW Lycopene in past and experience has shown it to be a little helpful in reducing my overall cholesterol numbers by a few points; but can't say it's reduced my blood pressure by any significant amount. Otherwise I like the product, small, easy to swallow size and no aftertaste.
