When I ordered this it was my intention to replace our front door mat. When it arrived my wife decided that it would be a good fit for a kitchen mat and she was spot on.I do the majority of the cooking and though it's a nice laminate floor it can feel a bit hard under the feet sometimes. This mat is thick, soft and grips the floor really well.If I spill anything then I don't have to worry about doing the splits now. We have washed it twice in the washing machine without any detrimental effects at all.At a price of £31.99 less a 10% voucher this represents good value, it's good quality, soft and does everything it says it will.

I am impressed with the quality of this mat. It is soft and fluffy, while still being thin enough to fit under my door when it is opened without rucking up.I am using it behind the patio door of my conservatory to catch any dirt, as my carpet is cream.The instructions say that it is washable and can be tumble dried on a cool setting. However I wouldn't want to risk washing it personally as it is quite thick and large, so I will prefer to wash it with my spot washer machine.The taupe colour is attractive.I think it will last a long time as it seems to be well made.At the current price of £39.99 it seems a little steep, although at the time of writing it has a 20% voucher to reduce the price.

In my opinion this is a good quality mat, although I wouldn't class it as just a door mat as it is supper soft and and has a decent deep pile (thicker than expected), in fact it is too deep to put by our front door wich has virtually no lip. Instead I have decided to use it as a bathroom mat as the tiled floor is very cold on your feet, especially at this time of the year. With its non slip backing it doesn't slide around on the tiles and it serves itself very well for this use and the fact it's washable is perfect.The mat arrives folded which surprised me as other mats i've purchased from Amazon come rolled and I was concerned the folded creases wouldn't come out easily, but after a couple of days they were completely invisible.At the time of purchase I'd say £39.99 is a little on the pricey side for the mat, but it is currently reduced to £35.99 with an additional 20% off voucher that can be added, which makes it a much more competitively priced.

This is a super soft mat!I have it by my front door, no issues with slipping at all.It absorbs water quickly and can be thrown in the washing machine when needed - perfect!Plus it the colour and fabric style means it looks nicer than a standard doormat!

Has taken a few weeks for the cold marks to come out, it’s finally laying flat on the floor but it does look more like a bath at rather than a door mat. I have it by the utility door for when the dog comes in from the garden. Personally if I had seen it in a shop I would not have bought it

This is the perfect replacement for our old doormat in our conservatory.Its a good quality mat and quite thick and fluffy.The dark grey matches our grey conservatory.It's non slip and seems to be staying in place on our laminate floor as we walk in and out.I haven't tried washing it yet bit its described as machine washable. It hoovers and brushes well.I really like this product and would recommend.

I got this for the entrance from my conservatory into the house, primarily because of the non-slip backing. I was sick and tired of the previous one constantly having to be moved back into place to avoid trips. Despite being place on carpet it hasn't moved this far and I'd expect it to be equally effective on a hard floor.Slightly disappointing that it arrives folded in four rather than rolled, as the resulting creases could be a trip hazard for the elderly. Hopefully these will flatten out in time. The material is soft and thick with roughly 1cm pile. If you like to drag your shoes across a more abrasive surface when coming indoors this might not be what you need, and any mud will be more apparent. However once dry it can be knocked or hoovered and, if really mucky, thrown in the washing machine.It does seem a bit expensive but it is a thick piled mat.
