B.P.R.D.: Plague of Frogs Volume 1 TPB

May have even preferred this than the regular Hellboy. More room for the other characters to develop. Would recommend very much

A great beginning to what promises to be a great saga. The artwork is consistently good and characters who were previously intriguing, but got overshadowed by Hellboy are getting a chance to really develop and shine here.I won't spoil things, but I do highly recommend this to anyone with a taste for Mignola's weird world.

It may have a few shakey moments, the monsters Inc inspired story for instance is utter bilge, but once it TS to the real story it really gets good. Very recommended for fans of Hellboy.

I didn't realise buying as brand new meant they comes in used condition. I don't know what it is lately but every amazon order in the past 6 months has come with the box in pieces and in the case of books, the corners are destroyed or bent 90 degrees. Other than that, good read. I'd recommend these to anyone with the exception that you don't buy them off amazon unless you want them in destroyed condition.

This is brilliant. It starts of with the gang feeling upset because Hellboy has decided to leave. They eventually band together and go off fighting different problems round the planet. Each little story is brilliant and intriguing and then about half way in the story of the plague of frogs starts. The best thing about this book is that it concentrates on all of the characters in their own time throughout the book. It builds up each of their stories and how great friendships are made. The story telling is fantastic and I couldn't put it down.The quality of the paper is brilliant. When I turn a page I find myself checking that I'm not turning two pages because it feels so thick.The art work is fantastic and the depictions of the creatures are great.My only gripe with this book is that I wanted more pages of comic and less pages if drawings and added material. I'm not here to draw, I'm here to read and lose myself in the B.P.R.D UNIVERSE!
