Very good but I think people taking in small doses is pointless
Purchased this to help with mood and mental clarity. I think it definitely works. I am reading a lot of comments on here people only taking a couple drops etc. 20 drops is only 10mg. You are can have 1mg per kilo of body weight. That means I could have up to 90 drops if I wanted. That does seem extreme. I have found my sweet spot at 20 drops in morning and 20 in afternoon.I feel way more alert and focused. It does not feel right at taking it as it looks like poison. But I think I’m going to take it for a couple months and then have a break and try again.

Increase dose slowly
Start with one drop only a day and over a few weeks increase it by a drop - build it up slowly to allow body to adjust.Now I feel high vibe, clear headed, balanced energyNow I take 5 drops a day. That's enough. It's perfect amount.Some people take higher doses but I knew what I was doing was right for my body.Plus this product also contains nano gold and I don't want to over-do it.

No communication at all from seller
I purchased 3 bottles of this product, after a week or so I stated to get a headache about an hour after taking it, I did some more research and I found you must look at buying Mb that is tested safe for human consumption. I asked the seller privately what certifications his product had and I got 0 reply to my messsges. So guess the 0 reply is my reply - beware this product and seller, I am returning my bottles for a full refund - I should have checked before buying and I hope this review helps you decide what is beast for you Thank You Amazon

Expensive but anything worthwhile is
Just get it. Start with a drop a day and add a drop every two days. Reduce the number of drops by 1 if you feel off in anyway and are sure it's from the MB. My sweet stop is 33 but the advised upper limit is 22 drops... Everyone's body is different. Also, on every 7th day, don't take any MB.. body needs to re-balance.
