Beautiful and functional
Wanted a white power supply with RGB. This fit the bill nicely for an all white build in open air half case. Has a button besides the modular ports to cycle through the lighting effects.

Well Packaged, Great voltages and nearly no heat under load!
If your looking at power supply's let me give you a suggestion, go big! If you calculate 600w is fine for you then go 700-750w on the supply, reason being there certified to give a specific output at a specific temp and stabilization across all power connectors without overheating. General rule is you want a power supply that is being 80% duty cycle under full computer load on every component. This keeps from overloading the power supply. If you need 600w and you get a 600w supply, at full load you've got no overhead and your pulling 100% duty cycle which can lead to overheating and worse...instability. You want some extra. My setup calculated 620w at full load so i went with a 800w and it works awesome. At full load after 30 minutes theirs hardly any heat coming out of the PSU, voltages don't fluctuate at all! Most of the bad reviews you'll read on PSU's is do to user error getting the wattage there system is pulling, they overheat or have instability issues and complain in the reviews saying its junk when it was there fault. Also each PSU has a variation to the one next to it, its science not a guarantee that 600w rated output is going to give exactly 600w at all times, heat is a factor but also each component is different, you may get 583w out of one and 617.5 from the next. Just over shoot it by at least 100w to play it safe and keep things cool and stable. Cards and boards also have a variation in draw and voltage controls, just calculations doesn't mean that's true to what it consumes. Each is different and each BIOS is different in how it handles power draw. you don't want volt and amp fluctuations just because you wanna save $20...remember this is the heart of the system, you need a strong heart for the body to function properly.

High wattage, low price.
I had read other reviews on this power supply before I bought it but I was still half way expecting it to catch fire when I turned it on. I wasn't familiar with the brand so I had very low expectations. I tested it outside my system before connecting it to my components to make sure it didn't short anything. I hit the on switch and didn't hear anything so I checked to make sure it was connected properly and tried again. It took me four tries before I realized it was turning on the whole time and the fan was just really quiet and almost inaudible.Overall its a great buy for the price. I paid $65 for it. 800 watt power supplies typically run somewhere in the ball park of $100 especially if its semi modular. the only thing I didn't like is the ketchup and mustard cable for the motherboard. Would have been nice to see all black cables but for the price I guess I can't complain too much.

Cool lights, no issues, white cables for white builds
Needed and upgrade. Have not OC anything or stressed it but it was easy to install and looks cool. Will update if OC or addons effect it but no issues besides it looks cool

GAMEMAX wins my recommendation
I'm an avid IT Engineer that builds computers for friends, my neighbors and family members, I usually would recommend EVGA power supplies but with tempting deals and decent warranties GAMEMAX really made me circle back to them for a wicked deal for a few builds. The cables are straight up the best cables I've ever seen put together, with high quality. The power supply has lights!!! The cord length is more then enough for some light cable management and they do emphasize adding the extra length to make sure the cables reach! I will be using gamemax products going forward, they really shocked me on the quality of the power supply. Reminds me of the good ol days when gaming companies would take there time to design good equipment that is built to last.

My son took a video of it if you want it.I would like RMA. I am afraid the power supply will over heat. Thanks,[email protected] 8/25/2020 12:25 AMHi, RichardThe GM-800 Power supply designed by high speed of fan spin for provide high cooling air, during full load when user using high performance GPU cards. So, it may cause fan noise during high speed fan spin, but it will be reduced speed when system at normal use (such as just use word, excel, or internet browser). If the noise is reduced when you use computer at lower load?Additional:The fan of power position , it up or down ?If your chassis has a cage around with power supply, you may ask your son to take a image to look at here, to check airflow?Thank you, and sorry for more questions.Support Team/GameMax IncRichard RaynorTue 8/25/2020 9:14 AMThe fan is positioned low in the case. The fan sound is constant regardless of the demand placed on the PC ie gaming. It is NOT normal in any way. I have built MANY PC's over the last 30 years.. so this is not normal. I have had power supplies fail before. It is functioning by providing power to the PC but the fan bodes of a failure and subsequent over heating in the future.Air flow is from underneath the PC and the power supply is low in the caseRichNow with SPAM to change my rating:This message is sent from Gamemax customer service. The review you posted about the 850-watt power supply is malicious and defamatory. Good Price, Nice Colour - Quiet
I recently built my first PC- and the first power supply I got for it was SO LOULD. I returned it, and the GAMEMAXC R.G.B 750W model. The difference between my GAMEMAX replacement and my original power unit is like night VS day. It's easy to install, came with all the cables I needed- and looks wonderful with the different color modes. Would and do recommend it!

Powers my 3060 no probs
I was upgrading my GPU from a 1050ti to a 3060. My existing PSU wasn't going to cut it.I wanted a PSU that would have plenty of power for a 3060 but not be silly money. My case doesn't have to look like a work of art, the fact that this has RGB wasn't really relevant for me, the power and the price was all I was interested in.It does exactly what I need and the price was right, no regrets. A good buy.
