Great patches for sleep
I found these patches excellent, I tried one patch 1st & was restless so I have used 2 patches the last couple of nights & have had the best sleep for a while. They stick well & don't leave any nasty residue.

Although they are quite big (and blue) they seem to work. Get much better quality of sleep when wearing one.

Didn’t work for us

Comfortable
Light patch that you don't feel. Will have to wait and see after that advised 2 week period to see if they really work,but for the money worth a try.Couple of nights in and definitely wake up less and fall back asleep quicker so I am hopeful.
