So, I'm pretty sensitive to the way different things i eat make me feel.. I work out a lot, practice kung fu, I'm 40yrs old, and have been eating a vegan diet for 15+ years, I'm definitely a "health food junkie", I eat mostly raw foods, fruits and green herbs. I also meditate pretty regularly.. anyways, I wanted to share that as a preface to my experience with this product.I started with just one capsule, which I ate last night with a large salad. I woke up at 5am with particularly vivid, wonderful dreams and feeling potent healing effects within my body. Undeniably this was the result of this product, it reminds me of my experience with some other high quality adaptogenic herbs I've taken over the years (but haven't been able to find good quality of lately, such as fo-ti, he shou wu, ginseng, tongkat ali from a different supplier, etc).So, it's safe for me to say I'm already certain this product is of exceptional quality.. there's absolutely no doubt in my mind about it, I can literally feel it in my blood, and opening up pathways to higher levels of well-being.. and even it's kicking out some stagnant energy. In fact, I actually feel my body revolting against my current habit of smoking tobaccco, I suppose it's the bitter nature of the tongkat alli which is creating some efficient detox to the point the effects of my morning smoke (nasty habit, I know) were full of unwelcome flavors and feelings..it's like I hit a reset button and am feeling and tasting the tobacco as if for the first time. I can also tell my blood is flowing better, and my energy levels or noticeably higher today as well.I will literally be recommending this product to my friends and family, and I'm going to order more for myself.One thing I'd like to say, it's probably best to take this combo of herbs here in cycles rather than every day for months all in a row. I've done a lot of research on similar herbs and general diet and health stuff over the years, and my intuition tells me this would be best with something like 3-4 days on and then 3-4 days off..and also probably take a week or two off once every couple months. That's what I intend for myself at least.. but of course, it's best if you do your own research, ask a professional, and/or use your intuition.Update: I wanted to add to my review because I feel a definite mood boost from this, calm, clear, centered..and my stomach feels particularly good! I took another capsule this morning, and one in the afternoon.. $19.95 is an extremely good price for 120 capsules of such high quality herbs, for me this will be about a 4 months supply. I'm pretty interested to feel the cumulative effects, as I'm writing this after only 24hrs. I don't usually write such long reviews, it's this long because I feel this product is truly exceptional! This is good plant medicine!

I have to be fair and to first declare this was sent to me free to try as a Vine product reviewer. I was invited to the program because I write fair and candid reviews whether the product is good or bad. Now, about the product. I researched the product, dosage and contents. Even the quality of the lab producing the product - all looked good and looked as though this should be beneficial to me. What happened when I took it? Day #1 - no discernable effects, it was an easy to swallow pill with no bad taste. Day #2 - I felt just a little weak and tired but had nothing that I could call side-effects. Day #3 - I experienced racing heart, slight faintness and nausea. This MAY be an interaction to another medication. I do not suffer from ED or low testosterone, but do take both pain and cardiac medications. My Cardiologist's nurse suggested I stop taking the supplement pending her researching - if I find anything definite I will update this. I would LIKE to say the product works, but can only offer caution at this point to be fair and honest. If you do not take cardiac meds in particular, I would lean more towards continuing to take this and give it a longer trial. And to be fair, I am only deducting one star as my situation may be unique.

I take lots of supplements during the day, but just discovered this great combination. I take it, along with other supplements before lunch to get the energy boost I need to get me through the rest of my hectic day. I was surprised at my body's immediate response to Fadogia/Tongkat supplement. So much so, that I thought it was a placebo effect. I kept taking the supplement for a few weeks, then stopped suddenly. I noticed after a few days I didn't have that boost after lunch. This also helps with my libido. It really does boost my drive and arousal. Amazing supplement and highly recommended!

Recommended dosage of fadogia agrestis is between 1,000 mgs and 1,500 mgs. and the recommended dosage of tongkat ali is 200 mgs to 400 mgs. One serving of this meets both those dosage requirements. The thing I really like about this supplement is that it doesn't throw in any other ingredients. It gives you the two ingredients that are actually demonstrated to improve testosterone levels/performance without adding in anything useless to bring up the price. A lot of enhancement supplements will throw in useless ingredients like Tribulus Terrestris to bolster the claims of their supplement and increase the price. This supplement doesn't do that. Just gives you two great ingredients at the proper dose in each serving. There is no bad aftertaste, and the capsules are easy to swallow. That's all good news, but the only problem is that this supplements is much more expensive than other supplements that offer the exact same thing. You can find significantly cheaper options on Amazon that offer the exact same dosages.

I had a lot of success in the gym using this product. I was using an arginine supplement as well, so I can’t allocate all of the success to these, but I did feel a bit of a let-down in energy and strength once I stopped using these.Highly recommend, but please note these pills were massive.

After using this Tongkat Ali for two weeks I surely noticed the difference. I had more energy, sex drive and felt more inclined to work out and do pushups. I think it impacted my testosterone in a positive way. I continue to use this product but take a break from it on the weekends. Note that the first few days you may notice 0 difference. The difference is subtle when it kicks it, but notable. You get a ton of easy to swallow capsules in a jar, making it a fair price. I should also note I never noticed any taste from the capsules.
