I bought this luggage 24’ and 26’. The 24’ one has a defective lock, I requested a return for exchange. Dropped of my luggage at UPS and look at my return status which says return item was received but I did not return the luggage. How am I returning the item without the item? Make it make sense, and mind you I requested a return for exchange for the 24’ luggage only and I got the new luggage, which they shouldn’t charge me for extra but they still do for the same amount of original luggage.Now review on the actual luggage, I took the 26’ ones to a week in LA, as soon as I got to baggage drop to retrieve my luggage, there’s a dent and scratches on my luggage already for a 3 hours flight only. The luggage is not durable and not very spacious as advertised. The luggage can break easily if handled roughly hence why mine is having scratches and dents within 3 hours flight.I gave it a one star only because then of double charging me when their policy was to replace a new luggage without extra charge, and they received the defective luggage back. Another reason they deserved one star is for false advertising for spacious and durable luggage.

I took my first trip with this piece of luggage. I went on a cruise and I had to fly to my cruise. This luggage was amazing. I love charging my phone I loved being able to carry my laptop in there. It fit in the overhead. I will never check another bag, thanks to this luggage, truly truly loved it. If anything changes i will edit this review. This was my first trip with it.

So I purchased this carry on without reading the reviews first.... I will agree that the plastic is a bit flimsy, the cup holder is a bit small, but seemed to fit the more slender water bottles which is fine, I only carry water bottles anyway. The charger worked fine for me. The telescopic handle is more sturdy than most others. I do agree that if the bag is full it is hard to close the computer holding area- and I didn't have a computer in it. Two features I loved.... it rolled like it was floating on air and the closing latches were great and unique (I hope they don't break). I had a 4 day trip and it seemed to hold enough, it also did fit in the carry on, but small planes I don't think it would. So I did return this carry on and bought something different, the new one I bought was a name brand but was not impressed with it. I am going to purchase this carry on again (20 inch) and give it one more try, it does have potential and I hope they improve on the complaints.

This is a nice, sturdy suitcase that is perfect for short trips where you just need only a carry on. The 20 inch suitcase fits perfect in the overhead bin on a plane. The suitcase looks very sleek, and I like how you are able to set a code and lock the suitcase. It also has a hook and a drink holder which makes it very convenient when traveling through an airport. Hoping I can get many years of use out of this suitcase.

I was so excited to use this suitcase for my international flight I took on Wednesday. I purchased it specifically because it’s so annoying trying to juggle your bags while holding a beverage. Well this cup holder is positively useless. It’s not large enough to fit a single water bottle I could find except the smallest and cheapest nestle bottle. It doesn’t even fit a small to go Starbucks coffee cup all the way down, it sticks out halfway and is quite precarious. I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of it is but it certainly isn’t to hold your average cup. It’s clear to me that the image on this listing was rendered and not actually taken because there is no scenario where the cup in the image is fitting in this cup holder. I don’t think mine is defective or anything either because it looks like the one in the picture. Everything else works good so far including the charging ports which I seem other people having issues with, but considering that the beverage holder is the main feature I purchased it for I’m not very happy. I also doubt the durability of the handle long term. If I had discovered the cup holder issue before I took my trip this would be being returned, unfortunately for me I’m currently halfway around the world away from home and I don’t want to deal with attempting to return and have a new bag delivered while I’m here. Truly frustrating that this company couldn’t be bothered to even check what a standard cup size is.

Very expensive for that it is, the front storage compartment won’t close if the main compartment is full and the cup holder doesn’t keep the coffee straight up and down…it seems like a poor quality
