Same as the OEM, but the price is much less... What's not to like?They give you the adjustable headgear, side comfort covers, short hose, and 3 nasal pillow sizes (S, M, L) - the medium comes installed.

I would buy again. It also comes with an over the ear option which I find I prefer over the head option. I don't know if I would even go back to the over the head option at this point. I only like these lightweight type masks.

Swift FX 61500 complete maskI finally found the mask and nasal component that fits my fast. I've only used it one night, but it's the best night I've experienced since receiving the CPAP machine. Hope this continues. I'll be using it exclusively.

The air that comes through this mask from my machine is SO much stronger than with my larger over-the-nose mask that it will take some getting used to. At this point, I am not sure that I will be able to sleep well with it. My original mask was made this way and I thought I could go back to that type.

I have purchased 3 of these over many years, as I have been a CPAP user for as many years. I own two machines, one that I travel with and one that stays nearly permanent in my bedroom. My sleep has improved so, as well as my overall health since sleeping with CPAP, these masks provide great fit, and no shifting on my head.

Very comfortable. A great replacement for the nasal mask I was using.
