Used both using AA batteries and plug and it worked perfectly. It is a fun item and a great value for the money. The lights are bright, and the size of the ball is not too big where it takes up space and becomes cumbersome.

This disco ball is a bit on the chintzy-side in terms of build quality, but it creates a result that is as good as any similar product could be. No partygoer would be able to tell the difference. It doesn't have many customizable features, but it is exactly what you would want and expect. It's a disco ball that rotates and reflects lights into the room. The lights in this case happen to be attached colored lights that work very effectively.

I read lots of reviews before ordering.I have a very small camper and this is absolutely perfect. No, I don't think it will do much for a large space but is just right for small areas. Working as it should, off of batteries, and no problems after several hours of use.

I wouldn't recommend it not even for a small room fit for a doll house that's about it doesn't give out much light it should only be half the price very very disappointed ill give it a 0 stars

Colors and lights are super bright even in the not so dark rooms. Love that I can also turn the lights go in any direction. Super light weight and easy to store. Will definitely being using for more party's down the line.

Its brighter than I expected for such a small thing, but when I opened it both light arms on the sides had come unscrewed from the base so I had to take it apart and put it back together. It says remote, but I never received a remote with mine. Just the power switch on the back to turn on or off.

Covers a nice sized area. Nice lights.
