The OBD2 scanner worked perfectly. Easy to use, I was able to review and make changes to settings I wanted to turn on. Vehicle 2023 Lexus RX350. I would recommend this unit for anyone who wants to have control over their car without paying a dealer for each item changed.

This a great product. I could not stand the seat belt bell. I live on a farm and I would have to put seat belt on in my open field while feeding my animals or listen to the bell ring.The added benefit is you can turn off that terrible fake engine noise and adjust so that all four windows go down when you use your remote.It has diagnostic indicators on it, but I’m not sure how that works.Definitely worth buying .highly recommended

I purchased this to be able to change custom parameters on my car but I tried in 3 different cars that are suposedly compatible, but in all of them I get the message sayng that customized setting in this car is not possible. They have't developed these funtions. I tried in a BMW X3 2028, BMW X4 2024 and BMW X1 2023. In none of them works. And they are as "Compatible" on their website. So I don't recommend this devise if you want to modify or customize some options.It does work for checking the failures.

Very easy to change a few locked settings and keep an eye on any issues. Highly recommend.

The hardest part was registering my account. They just want registration done a specific way. Registration completed though, this thing is spectacular and couldn't possibly be easier to use.I turned off the seat belt chime for the driver position, I increase the touch to pass blinks from 3 to 5, I increased the turn signal volume to maximum, turned off the engine feedback thru the sound system, made sure ANC was turned on, set "roll all windows down" with remote click and hold, and a few other things I don't recall. BUT, it worked perfectly "without undue complications" of some other OBD2 devices I've looked at. I might, but probably won't keep the subscription active all year long.

Overall I really like this scanner. It's easy to use and intuitive. I like that it connects via bluetooth to my phone. I purchased this primarily to make some changes to my car's hidden features. I used it to program Remote Window Down via Long Press of key fob button and a few other things. I was hoping to find even more hidden gem's in the car's software but sadly they're not available on my Camry. I feel the scanner is a bit on the expensive side but I'll have the ability to read any vehicle faults before heading to the dealership. What I don't like is having to pay a subscription fee to use the Vehicle Customization programming features. I did the basic one month fee but I feel that I've paid a high price for the hardware so these features should be built into the price.

The instructions work, so I highly recommend them. I purchased the Evo unit, and got a deal on the app. It worked very well with my Samsung s21 ultra in the parking lot of my place. Bluetooth was smooth and fast. I changed the battery in my VW Golf mk8, and needed to register it. It worked perfectly for that. Done in a matter of minutes. Actually saved quite a lot when compared to doing it at a dealer, and don't really trust anyone else because I don't know anyone here yet. There are already changes that I have made to my display for accessibility reasons. My vision is not that great. Changed the speedometer and some other things. It's just a fantastic little device, and it works well with the app which is I must say very good for my purpose. Others may need something more extensive, and even pay less. I got what I wanted for the money I spent, and I'm not finished enjoying it yet. Also I talked to Ali on the phone, and he was super informative and very easy to understand and so far as technical things. I am new at this, so I really liked the reassurance of knowing. I'd like to thank them for that. Five stars from me.
