what I like about this I can use it throw out the day I do not need to worry about were do I need to be as I can change it I do not need to be plugged in when I am on the go.

Not a bad item at all the massage Works reasonably well and because of the longer handles you can adjust the pressure that you place on the massager on your neck and also the side to side motion means you can change the location of the massage nodules.Overall is not a bad product easy to use Simple button controls I can't particularly complain.

I have mixed feelings about this, on one hand it is effective to lease tension in your neck and on the other hand is quite brutal and not very effective heating I found.Charing was simple enough, when charging there is a LED indicator which shows when charging is complete, the same indictor illuminates white when the thing is on, although the noise and movement is a bit of a giveaway as well! What I don't like is that there is no indicator to show that heat is on, or what heat setting it is on, you just have to remember how many times you have pressed the heat button.The massage arms are quite brutal and I found the heat back too bar back to be effective, I feel the heat you need to pull the machine into your neck, but then you really do feel the brutality of this.I didn't get on with it very well but my other half did like it so I guess this one comes down to personal preference, but for me I think that this one needs a little more thinking and refining.

I didn't expect a lot from this as it seems a pretty clunky alternative to a real deep tissue massage, but the kneading motion is incredibly effective and really gets into the problem areas. Intensity is controlled by hand held straps - so simple it seems laughable and yet totally effective! The heat only adds to the efficiency of the contraption and I would say that I actually prefer it to trying to convince my othe half to give me a neck rub!

This is a good shoulder massaging device. The instructions/buttons are very simple and intuitive. It was fairly easy to position and to use with arms through the loops. I found it a little painful at first (and for a day or so afterwards!) but now I'm used to it this isn't an issue and I find it a really useful gadget for stress relief. The battery life in the description is about correct; we get 5-6 uses from a single charge.I'm not sure it's 'one size fits all'. I did have trouble feeling the heat as it wasn't in contact with my skin and I'd definitely got it correctly positioned. It was clearly working as I could see and feel it on when I took it off.
