Does it wobble when fully loaded? Can it hold heavy winter coats?

Yes. The Y-shaped frame uses triple-reinforced joints to spread weight evenly across the 630 lbs capacity — 25mm commercial-grade steel poles hold heavy winter coats without wobbling. Lock the two brake wheels for extra stability.

Is the height and width adjustable?

Yes. Each rod extends from 48.2 in. to 74 in., and the height adjusts from 59 in. to 69 in., so you can dial in the exact size for your space. The two rods sit 25 in. apart for bulky items.

Does it require tools to assemble?

No. Assembly is tool-free and takes about 5 minutes — a pair of protective gloves is included. Most customers assemble it solo without any trouble. If parts are missing or damaged, we replace them free.

Will it rust in a humid basement or laundry room?

No. The chrome finish passed a 48-hour salt spray test, so it resists rust, corrosion and scratches in humid laundry rooms. Wipe off excess moisture occasionally to keep the finish at its best.

Can the wheels scratch hardwood floors?

No. The casters use full solid rubber wheels that roll smoothly without scratching — no plastic pulleys like simple racks. Two of the four wheels lock to hold the rack in place.
