Once installed, it had to charge up. Once charged, it ran well and used very little battery power for the entire floor. I am very happy with this battery.

Bought the replacement battery and installed the product. let it charge for multiple days then ran the neato D7 robot vac in the upstairs and it performed just fine after it was finished i moved the vacuum to the lower level and set it to clean the area it started to clean and in a short while it returned to the base for a charge which was strange, after several attempts to get it to do its job the unit indicated that the battery was in deep discharge and hasn't worked since it turns on but after a minute powers down.I would not recommend this product for a Neato D7 robot.Further I sent a request to the selling company through Amazon with the help of a chat rep from amazon and have heard nothing back from the supplier.So I would not give a good rating to the supplier of this product.Now I have to look for a replacement since this product failed and that's an added expense.

I was worried that since this was not Neato brandname that it would not function well. No need to be worried. My original Neato battery would not charge to above 72% so it could never complete charging, I installed the battery and watched it charge up to 99% in a couple of hours. I actually expected it to go to only 95% being a generic brand, so 99% was just fine. Has been working like a champ for past few months and it gets run every day. Very satisfied.

Worked great at first! Fit well and installed as easy as I’d expect. Then stopped working and won’t even hold a charge. Robot will never charge up and dies instantly if it’s removed from the docking bay. Maybe I got a bad one.The seller reached out to me after submitting this review and quickly worked to create a resolution. Great customer service!

I've owned my Neato since 2016, I took top notch care of it! After 8 years of owning my Neato D5 the battery started to not charge well so I replaced it with this battery. Amazing battery, it charged fast and ran for around an hour then docked itself. Highly recommend this battery for quality and price.But after about a month or so my Neato would only move a little ways from the charger, rev-up, lift itself up like it wanted to work, this would go one for 3 or 4 times, stop then wouldn't move and beep. The app would say reboot necessary, lost connection, I have tried this over a dozen times, I think by watching it the wheel motors might be bad, but at $50.00 for each it was cheaper buying a new robot vacuum. I found one without a brush so all the cat/dog hair will be sucked straight into the dirt bin, the motor is 4400mAh and has a 140 minute tun time.

This was a replacement battery and it quit holding a charge in about 2 months. Limped on for 2 more. 0/10 would not buy.

I don't typically write reviews, but this battery stopped charging after 3 months of use. I no longer have an option to return or to contact support.

Works well. Sweeper was having to charge 3 times to complete it clean. Now it does it in one charge.
