Very disappointed
Lets start with the good things then get to the bad.1st its a beautiful chair and very versatile. Its heavy and stable and pretty comfortable. Or at least my clients have said it is.They also have amazing customer service and very friendly staff.Now let's get to the bad. Its not very well built... as bad as I hate to say it. Because I wasn't to love this chair.I do tattoo equipment reviews on YouTube and I talked very highly of this unit when I 1st purchased it but after using it im less then impressed.Thr welds broke on the lift actuator with a client in the chair! And she was maybe 120lbs. At most. Cut my knee pretty good and cause me to make line out of place on her tattoo.The legs when let all the way down and spread will hit the frame so the fitment isn't that great either. So be careful or you'll rip the vinyl fabric.The texture of the vinyl looks nice but is deep and impossible to clean. (I, wrap my chair so this isn't an issue for me) but something to consider.But most of all the weld broke! Snapped without any notice. So with that in mind. Incase you want a lawsuit I wouldnt recommend this chair.Sorry inkbed. I love your artist stools, mayo trays. But this bed is over priced junk. If you build it with stronger materials and make a new version then you might be on to something but until then I cant recommend this unit.
