Got this for our spare phone so our son can use it, super easy to activate and very good price. Highly recommended!

I ordered the monthly, 1GB of 5G Data and unlimited talk and text SIM card. I tried to add it to an existing RedPocket phone on my account. Customer Service couldn't figure it out. After several hours of failed attempts, with four different reps, I returned the card to Amazon and they issued a refund. But they can't give me back that part of my life. It is gone forever. I'm still with RedPocket and actually love the service. But this was a huge waste of time and tons of frustration. I cannot recommend adding to your account this way.

This was exactly what I needed! I came to the States to visit family for a month, and ordered this SIM card ahead of time. On my way here, I activated it, so once I landed, I had service right away. The activation process was fairly simple (reading the help documents ahead of time really helped), and the phone plan has worked perfectly. Service and connection has been great. I’m very happy I went with Red Pocket!

I bought the SIM card with the $20/month plan, but it activated with $10/month plan. Contacted customer service and they just couldn't/wouldn't fix it. According to them, "Your SIM card is associated with the $10/month plan". After giving them copies of the Amazon order and the photographs of the SIM card package (which clearly says $20/month plan), they agreed to escalate it. I will post updates. So far, really bad experience. Update after 1 day - I contacted the seller and they resolved the issue. Updated to 4 stars. Taking a star off for the unexpected hassle and helpless customer service

I tried this just to see if the GSMA network would work as well as the long-time Verizon plan that we have. So far, this service and plan have been excellent in coverage and much better in value. We don't have a house phone and this serves my needs perfectly and is a great value for me. Very rare but if the Verizon coverage that we have is not working, we have an alternate carrier and coverage to use. I would be willing to swap to this GSMA service through Red Pocket totally but my wife doesn't want to leave the old Verizon service we have. One of our daughters works at Verizon as well.

Requires a lot of personal data to open an account, including a phone number. But alas, I bought the SIM card so I can get a number! Good only if you want to swap existing number over to new network or get a second number. So, it might work for you - just didn't work for me

Easy web-based administration. Configuration was right on the web-site but did eventually get my cell data modem configured correctly. If you don’t get config correct you can get good pings to tower but still not get a data connection. Very satisfied with my 10G 30 day “experiment” to prove the data connection as 5G band n5. Speeds are way over 100 Mbps satisfying my expectations. Good purchase.
