Didn't know about tinnitus supplements. High quality magnesium, so you can't lose
Studies consistently show that Westerners don't get enough magnesium - 80 or 90% of us test low. This brand, Magnox, makes one of the best forms of magnesium, which is hydroxide. Hydroxide has a high absorption rate, whereas other more common forms of magnesium (like citrate, glycinate, and L-threonate) have very low rates of absorption, as low as 10%.So one pill here has 240mg of magnesium, which is about 50% of the daily recommended amount. They also have a formula that gives you 520mg per day.Gingko and the other ingredients are supposed to help with tinnitus. I had never heard of this before, and am anxious to try it. Studies are mixed on this. There is a self-test you can take to give you a number on how bad your tinnitus is (TRQ and TFI). You can retest after a few months of this supplement to see if it helps.I chose something a little simpler. I looked up sounds of various hertz frequencies on online videos, and noted the frequency and volume level that matches my tinnitus. Every month I'll check back to see if either the frequency or volume showed improvement.Even if it doesn't work, there are some good supplements in here that could potentially provide other benefits, and it's inexpensive. Nothing really to lose.

Not sure
I am not sure that it has helped with my tinnitus at all because it doesn't seem any quieter. But they are easy to swallow and they are a good price to try them out who knows they might work for someone.

I'm Waiting to Try Them
I've had tinnitus my whole life. I keep seeing ads for videos claiming to have the magic bullet, but I really don't want to risk my computer on click-bait. I have tried a couple of other pills and the best thing I can say about any of them is "well, at least there's nothing in them that can hurt you." (One was the absolute easiest to swallow pill I've ever taken, but that's not the point.)So naturally I was a little skeptical when I saw these. Magnesium? Never heard of that being a treatment for tinnitus. Ginkgo Biloba? Um-mm, what's that one used for again? Vitamin B6? Yeah, kind of standard. That one's water soluble so take as much as you can stomach. It'll just give you expensive pee. Zinc? An essential nutrient to be sure, but these have 666% of the recommended dietary allowance. How much is too much? But the reason I'm waiting is "...Patients with renal failure should consult with their physician before using. Consult a physician before using if on medication." I don't have kidney issues, but they run in my family. On the other hand, I'm a golden oldie and of course I'm on meds. So before taking, I'm going to get my doctor's opinion. So, sorry for punting on this. I can't tell if they'll help with my hearing or if they're just more of the same. At least the ingredients are significantly different than anything else that I've tried. I'll update when I get more information.Update: Checking with my doctor at my regular checkup, the massive dose of zinc can displace copper. If you take a regular multivitamin that has copper, no problem. Mine have a little, but not a full day's RDA so I'll be taking these, but a reduced regimen.

So far, I am pleased
Since including this supplement into daily routine, I’ve not experienced that annoying ringing as much in my ear.Easy to swallow, no bad taste, no aftertaste and no stomach upset.I’ve even noticed more energy. It’s not cheap, but if it works the way it’s advertised to work, it’s well worth the price.I even hear better…slightly, but noticeable, probably because I don’t have the ringing ALL the time now.I will order again to continue to see if I will continue to have the same or better results.Magnesium from the Dead Sea is premium as well.MAGNOX appears to be a good quality supplement and I look forward to continued good results.Non GMO, Non Steroid, BPA free, soy and gluten free, natural ingredients and other good stuff with this supplement has me excited to have it.Please do your own research and consult with your own health care provider before taking any supplement.I am pleased so far and recommend.

Easy to take, but didn't seem to help.
These MAGNOX is a blend of vitamin and herbal supplements targeted to help tinnitus and hearing health. I got these for my father who suffers from tinnitus. He finished the whole bottle, taking it as described, and reported no changes either positive or negative. The ingredient list is pretty average and unimpressive really. Don’t get me wrong, its packed with good for you supplements but nothing that unique. It is a nice natural approach to try and help your hearing health. It just didn’t seem to help my father.
