This does NOT come with a UK plug. You need to have a EU to UK converter, this information would've been nice to know prior to purchasing it! The Hose - So it's not the best and is very cheap looking, however it does the function of channelling hot air so can't complain too much. It's approx 1.5m and can be extended to size, actually quite useful. The narrow window fitting that comes with it was perfect for my house. The Unit - The unit itself is not bad looking but is on the larger size compared to other air con units. That being said it's not ugly but just been sure you have a suitable place to put it! I'd also like to point it this thing is heavy at around 30Kg. If you're planning on moving this up and down the stairs I'd look elsewhere. However it does have wheels so that's a bonus. The Noise - Ok so aircon isn't a quiet process. The sooner you accept that the easier it is to choose a unit. This one comes in at around 63dB which is pretty average for A/C. It's perfectly fine for me and I can sit and watch TV and not be affected by it. Fortunately this does monitor the room temp and when it's below your chosen setting it switches to fan only which is quieter. Performance - Brilliant. Exceeds my expectations. It took about an hour to drop my living room temp down from 27C to 20C. For me that's a fantastic result for a product that's no where near as expensive as other 10,000 units. Verdict - If you're after air con at a reasonable price and have room for a larger unit such as this one - I'd thoroughly recommend it. It's a great value product that does the job. 5 Stars.

is not bad once you get used with the sound

Although marked "dispatched and sold" & "gift wrap available" by Amazon's UK site, this Italian made unit arrived from Germany. Cons... Packaging had been previously opened (badly resealed) and a round exhaust hose end & matching window fitment had been removed from box. (These however are not shown in sale description appearing only in the user & contents manual. As they are for a matching hole cut in glass windows I guess they have reason to remove for UK sale). Most annoying is that it comes with a short under 6ft power lead and has a factory attached European plug fitting. Its supplied exhaust hose is very thin walled & cheap looking compared to my old unit. The user manual is just plain wrong in some of its descriptions for use with its control buttons being miss numbered. & irritatingly Amazon dropped the price a couple of quid straight after delivery.... Positives... The unit comes with a fishtail exhaust adapter, looks good and so far works well.

Like the title says, I genuinely wish I'd bought one sooner. It arrived quickly, was easy to set up and cools the room like nothing else. The extension cable is a little on the short side, especially when coupled with the relatively short, 1.5m exhaust tube that comes with it, which can make finding a suitable position in your room fairly tricky. However, it's an amazing bit of kit. It works straight away, and within 10 mins our room had cooled right down from 27 deg to about 22! It's a bit louder than a normal fan, but it's worth it for the level of cool comfort it gives out.

Acquistato per essere utilizzarlo in una seconda casa al mare. Il clima svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro, questa versione non ha la pompa di calore ma a me non serviva (se vi serve dovete scegliere la versione SOFTY Plus). Assemblaggio soddisfacente, semplice utilizzo, peso adeguato e non eccessivo per il trasporto. Venduto con piccolo telecomando che permette di pilotarlo egregiamente e di programmare anche il timer di spegnimento. Unica pecca secondo me è forse l'eccessivo rumore che produce il compressore quando è in funzione. Però per il prezzo che l'ho pagato non si poteva aspettare di meglio. Sicuramente consigliato per il vantaggiosa rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.

Die Kühlleistung reicht für ein mittelgroßes Zimmer (30m²) auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen aus. Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos und das Gerät sieht im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen nicht wie ein Klotz aus den 70ern aus. Mich hat dennoch etwas gestört, dass die Einstellung der Leistung praktisch keine Auswirkung auf die Geräuschkulisse hat, die das Gerät abgibt. Beim Arbeiten kann das schon sehr störend sein.

J'ai acheté cette climatisation parcequ'elle semblait très puissante pour rafraichir une pièce de 25m2. On passe de 26° à 23° en moins d'une heure, on vois le thermomètre decendre de 1° en 15 minutes. Je ne suis pas déçu par cet achat, la qualité est là, les fonctions de programmation sont suffisantes. A fond, elle n'est pas si bruyante que cela, on s'attend tellement à un bruit d'aspirateur que le bruit ne gène pas pour discuter, un peu plus pour écouter la Télévision. Après 1H, on peut la mettre en mode nuit, diminuer la vitesse de ventilation, le bruit devient vraiment supportable. De toute façon, face à la chaleur, on est prêt à sacrifier une heure de silence.

Argo Softy è un prodotto interessante da non confonderlo con il suo fratello maggiore Softy Plus che ha in più la funzione riscaldamento, il libretto di istruzioni è unico per entrambi così anche il telecomando per cui alcuni tasti non funzionano e non c'è motivo renderlo dietro pensando che sia guasto! CONSUMI: Il consumo rientra nella media nonostante una buona potenza, la classe energetica è la A non altissima rispetto ad altri modelli della stessa fascia di prezzo. Ha un assorbimento di 1 Kw un costo alto rispetto ad un A+++ ma con pochi problemi in bolletta, il climatizzatore si scalda molto anche se non incide sul raffreddamento della stanza ma non è un buon indice per il produttore anche se la sua potenza si fa perdonare! RUMORE: Ha 62 decibel e si trova nella media di altri prodotti con motore interno, quindi per la sua rumorosità non è idoneo da mettere in camera da letto anche avendo la funzione Sleep che dovrebbe lavorare più dolcemente ma ha comunque i suoi 50 dB! N.b. fate molta attenzione alla sua posizione perché se le rotelle non appoggiano bene sul pavimento il rumore sarà molto più forte! PRESTAZIONI: Le sue capacità sono medie ma copre tranquillamente 35-40 Mq che non è male, altri prodotti non hanno questa efficacia. Il suo compressore e come un turbo che messo in una stanza non grande si sente immediatamente la diminuzione del calore! Possiede 10000 BTU di potenza con un buon filtraggio dell'aria creando una differenza di temperatura consistente in poco tempo, un ottima idea quella di sparare il flusso d'aria in modo diffuso senza che venga addosso alla persona e raffreddando in modo più omogeneo! INSTALLAZIONE: Il suo primo problema è il cavo per la corrente corto il che ci impone di usare una prolunga adatta perché dietro l'apparecchio deve essere lasciato uno spazio di 50 Cm dal muro per l'eccessivo riscaldamento. Con il tubo non ci sono problemi vista la sua buona lunghezza ma più si riesce a tenerlo lontano dalla parete meglio è, un attenzione va fatta a disporlo in modo più orizzontale possibile collegandolo sia tramite bocchetta all'aria, muro o vetro finestra! FUNZIONI: Sono tre le funzioni disponibili condizionamento, deumidificazione e ventilazione, ha un timer per l'accensione o spegnimento automatico molto utile per la programmazione giornaliera! Il condizionatore necessità del tubo come detto in precedenza mentre la ventilazione riduce di molto il suo consumo smuovendo l'aria nella stanza. La deumidificazione ha bisogno di un drenaggio continuo facendolo riversare in un secchio o qualcosa di capiente perché la sua vaschetta risulta snervante visto le sue piccole dimensioni. La mia conclusione vedendolo dal punto di vista qualità/prezzo si possono accettare questi compromessi essendo comunque un climatizzatore valido ed effettuando l'acquisto tramite Amazon! 👍 N.b. il tubo più lo lasciate corto e migliori risultati ottenete, per quanto riguarda la temperatura da impostare per un minor consumo elettrico è quella di trovare una idonea fino ad ottenere un suo spegnimento dopo aver aspettato almeno 1,30-2,00 ore! Acquistato per quest'estate torrida, non riusciva a raffreddare in maniera decente se non dopo almeno tre ore di funzionamento. Di notte è rumoroso al punto che non sai se spegnerlo e morire di caldo, o non dormire ma tenere almeno 28 gradi quando fuori ce ne sono almeno 30. Tubo solo di un metro e mezzo senza che ci fossero già montati i due terminali, con il risutato che ho dovuto sudare per metterli ed alla fine mi sono comprato un tubo da 6 metri flessibile (il suo è parecchio rigido). Non lo ricomprerei..... in compenso la funzione ventilazione è rimasta accesa per almeno 20 ore al giorno ed il suo lavoro lo faceva a dovere: DEVO VEDERE ANCORA LA BOLLETTA DELL'ENERGIA...... Mi riservo di togliere una stella
