I’ve bought of one these for myself and two as a gifts. Whenever I have guests over and they see the butter bell and see how wonderfully spreadable the butter comes out of it, they always want one. I have bought another one for myself. That wasn’t an original and I recommend definitely buying the original for the quality. Just remember, you must change the water at least every 2 to 3 days and in warmer temperatures. I change it daily.

I keep butter at room temperature. We recently moved to SC and in summer the flies are ridiculous! This jar protects my butter and looks great on my counter. Has a country French look and well made.

The color is what I expected. I like the feel of the ceramic. Would buy again.

You have to be careful with this as the moistness from the water will cause mold after several days. Much safer and easier to store salted butter in a butter dish without water.

It’s perfect. It’s allowing us to leave butter out, my husband is opposed to leaving it out, so we are always ripping up toast with cold butter. This is meeting his standards.

This is my second butter bell. Does its job and I love always having fresh room temperature butter. The design is simple and clean.
