I have terrible GERD. I have a terrible addiction to coffee. Coffee sets my GERD off and my sternum feels like it's being run through with a white hot sword. No fun. So, imagine how thrilled I was to find TruCup Coffee? I was pretty darn thrilled. The fact that one of my Siberian Huskies is named, Tru, only makes it more adorable. Well, the TruCup coffee arrived and it is so good. I loved it. I got the medium roast and it is rich and smooth. I love it. I love it almost as much as my dog, Tru. Now I can have coffee and it won't set off my GERD...honestly it doesn't. That is a good thing, because me without coffee is a very bad thing. Thanks TruCup. I love your product.

I was expecting this to be a light tasting coffee. It is not. It is actually a stronger flavor than I normally drink. For me it was more of a darker roast. However I solved that by making a larger cup. I was concerned about it being truly a low acid coffee but really it is. I am back to e enjoying my morning coffee again.Edited: I originally gave these k cups 5 stars but have had major issues since. My coffee maker started sounding as though the pump was going out on it. All along I had noticed coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup but did not make the connection until no water was coming through it at all. Coffee grounds were liberally coating the inside of the head of the coffee maker everywhere. There were grounds in the needle which would not allow the water to pass through. After considerable cleaning it is working again. Apparently these k cups were not sealed properly which is causing them to blow out. I certainly will not be using the rest of them. I am very disappointed. This is good coffee.

Does a really good job keeping reflux under control and still tastes good!Only suggestion is: no need to individually wrap each k cup in plastic at a time we need to cut back on single use plastic! Defeats the progress made not making a plastic bottom k cup! San Francisco coffee co. Is same kind of pod with several in a compostable faux plastic bag-would like to see Tru cup do something similar.

I love coffee. I love coffee so much I drink it about 5-6 times a day. However, with all that coffee the pain in my abdomen gets really bad sometimes. I never even knew that "Low acid" coffee was even a thing until I googled it and ordered it on Amazon. This is the 4th brand of low acid coffee that I've tried and this is my favorite. No difference in the flavor of the coffee just no acid. I will never buy another coffee again except this brand. Please ask me any questions you'd like. I love this coffee however, as of late the pods tend to leak through and the coffee grinds get into the cup. Maybe seal them better?

Truthfully, I haven’t even tried the coffee yet. But I’m so disappointed with the packaging! One of the reasons I purchased this brand was because of the fact the pods are biodegradable- no plastic cup around the coffee filter. But then I find out that each pod is sealed in its own plastic bag! Kind of defeats the purpose of eliminating the plastic on the pod, doesn’t it? Regardless of how the coffee tastes, I will certainly reconsider purchasing this again. I have been purchasing “San Francisco Bay” brand, which also have biodegradable K cups, but wanted to switch to a low acid coffee. I am very disappointed. If you’re looking for an environmental alternative, don’t bother.

This product will not work in the Keurig K500 Plus series 2.0. Tried a couple and came up with message on Keurig that it was not a compatible pod. Very frustrating...this should have been disclosed by the manufacturer. And, to make matters worse, I attempted to return for a refund and found that the manufacturer did not honor returns....which I saw nowhere in the description. Thank goodness for Amazon's great customer service that came to the rescue. Even though the pod did not work, I thought I should at least try the coffee, so I emptied the contents of a pod into the Keurig pod basket and brewed a cup. Totally uninspiring. Didn't compare to the Newman's Own that I usually brew. A total bust in every way, except for Amazon's customer service.

It took me awhile to find a Low Acid coffee that I actually, and I was so happy to find this one! I love it!Smooth, bold flavor, concerned about the environment-trücup is an awesome company to work with, and it ships quickly even during these Pandemic times.I have been drinking this for a few years now, and will continue to. I would drink it if I did not have reflux honestly.Keep up the great work trücup!

Because the pods came tossed in a box with no other packing, one had burst, scattering grounds all over the rest. Another four had tops that didn't look completely sealed. To me the taste of the finished brew was bitter and undrinkable, ranking with some of the worst coffee I'd ever tasted. My Keurig 2.0 machine posted a message that the pods were incompatible so perhaps that was the problem. This product is going in the trash.
