These have worked a treat for my daughter who suffers with hyper mobility - the heat pack relaxes the muscle and joints and seems to provide equal heat for a reasonable amount of time and they are a great size suitable for use around her hips as well as her hands without a problem.

This product is not fit for purpose, the packets barely get warm at all and last for less than 1 minute, these are not heat packs at all they are complete junk do not purchase

As someone who cannot regulate their own body temperature and can go into shock very quickly once cold, these are literally a lifesaver when it and about for the day. I always have one in my bag in case I have a funny turn. Also great for aches and pains when you can't access a hot water bottle or microwave heat pack.

I only managed to get these heat packs to activate after seeing the instructions on some different brand cold packs which said to fold the inner bag in half and squeeze - as they’re nearly impossible to activate by just squeezing them normally as the official instructions stateIf you have any issues with your hands - do not buy these - it takes a lot of strength and time to activate these as the inner bag is ridiculously strongI originally thought I had gotten defective heat packs as I couldn’t get them to activate by following the instructionsThey do get nice and hot (not too hot, can apply directly to the skin immediately) - but they only last maybe 20 mins before they’re down to just slightly warm

I bought these for warming up my sleeping bag before bed time when I cannot use a hot water bottle. They get hot, but not as hot as the handwarmers and they don't hold the heat more than 30 minutes. Just as expected and perfectly adequate for what I want them for.And a plus compared to handwarmers is that these do not need oxygen to work and they reach top temperature within seconds.The minus are the misleading user instructions. I could not get the inner bag to burst and release the reactant liquid just by squeezing it. I had to lay it on the table and punch it. Mind you, I didn't punch it hard and recommend to do it only on a wipe-clean surface in case it bursts completely and splashes all over the place. Once I figured out how to activate them they are an excellent product. Also unlike some others brands, as they are hard to activate they are unlikely to do so when you don't want them to.

Just what I needed to help with my pain when I go away and don't have access to a microwave for my wheat bags.

Very handy heatpacks

I don't just write reviews that hurt but wasting £17 hurts me and I wouldn't want anyone to gi through that.Please avoid! Four came already caked. I have tried 13 now in total. 7 already caked. 2 hardly warm and totally ineffective and 4 simply does not change temperature at all. To make things worse, they wouldn't accept returns! Waste of so much money.

Absolute rubbish have “cracked “ 5 with no heat I wish I could return but will cost too mush to return they going in the bin !!! Actually no stars
