What does reading #6 "Not Safe" mean?

This will sound crazy. Too much undiluted antifreeze will not lubricate the water pump and the corrosion inhibitors will not perform to their full potential..Full strength antifreeze ( concentrated) needs to be mixed 50% with water. Will 6 ball freeze? ? Nope.but drain some off add some water pumps and head gaskets are expensive..

I purchased this item back in may and the rubber boot is already broken. What kind of warranty do you offer? please let me know

Here is what I got from ATDThank you for your interest in ATD Tools. Generally, the warranties are handled at the point of sale, but we understand that Amazon is not a customer friendly site. If you can send your tester into us with a copy of the proof of purchase, we can replace it for you if it is deemed that the damage wasn't due to misuse or abuse, as our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period not to exceed one year. Please send it along with your proof of purchase to:ATD Tools, Inc160 Enterprise DriveWentzville, MO 63385 Attn: JonThank you,- Jon LovettoCustomer Service / Parts Manager ATD Tools, Inc.

Yes, this will test your coolant while it is cold.

The directions say "count the floating balls" do they have to be floating at the top or is just off the bottom to be good enough to be counted floati

As long as it floats it counts. The discs don't need to go all the way to the top.
