This mat is great! The size was perfect for the bonfire solo. I like the material and quality. We tested it out tonight. As you can see in the picture the mat caught a lot of ashes that would have otherwise been on our deck. In addition you can see part of a stick on the mat. This stick broke off when it was burning and landed on the mat. Not even a mark on the mat and it protected our deck. The mat did curl up some around the edges but it was not hot from the fire.

This works so well at keeping embers off the patio. Glad I made this purchase.

Using this under our Solo Stove Bonfire. It works as intended to keep embers contained and off our deck. Would be 5 stars, however the outer edge doesn't lay flat. It curves up into a little lip and holds water like a moat around our Solo Stove. There is usually about 1/4 - 1/2 inch of water contained on the mat at any given time. It doesn't make the mat any less functional, I just would rather have it lay flat. (I've tried flipping it over...same issue)

This mat is sturdy and works well. It is easy to set up (just lay it down) and store (fold/roll).

I use this mat for my outdoor metal fire pit. The listing shows a solo stove, but the 58+ inches is more than enough to put a larger sized metal fire pit. It's all black show it shows all the dust and pollen outdoors, but cleans off easily with a quick spray from a hose. It's light enough to move around, but heavy enough it doesn't get blown around too much with the wind.

I use the mat one time and this is what it did to my porch, the mat is not fireproof. Be aware.

This mat seems to be as good as any other mat I have had - most of which have cost more than this one. This appears to be made well. I like that it is not branded and is able to be used with either side facing up, plus it just gives it a cleaner look. I have only used this once with my Solo Bonfire, but there have been no issues. Even though I have a flagstone patio, I like to use a mat for extra protection - both from sparks, embers, or even scratching the flagstone. I'm using the 39" one under the Solo Bonfire and it looks nice.
