It's better than any Vitamin C I know of, and not horse pills! LOL!

Chose Ascorbic Acid Capsules because I already take another one of Pure Encapsulations vitamins. This brand fulfills quality. Needed collagen in my regimen to reduce fatty biceps and hope these capsules will aid this goal.

I was advised via my doctor that this supplement would aid my immune system. I have been using it for about two weeks now and feel it has made a difference. I have not experienced any after taste and the pill size made it easy to swallow. In addition, I haven't experienced any negative side effects to my stomach. Will continue to take to maintain a healthy immune system.
