This is a really good device. Excellent sound quality and voice pick up. Nice to be able to use with the USB cable or via Bluetooth. Really easy to set up and use.I like the fact that you can charge a cell phone, or other similar device from it. Used regularly with people all around a table, and noise canceling from background sources is fantastic.We have used multiple conference systems and all work just fine. (MS teams, Zoom, Webex and so forth.Well worth the money and looks good too. The lighting that comes on associated with the input relevant input mic is a nice touch to give confirmation to the person speaking that all is in order.Highly recommended.

Easy to pair with a laptop or iPad. The microphones are sensitive picking up speakers around the room. It is sufficiently loud and clear when remote people are talking.

This is generally a good product and there are no major concerns. You should know couple of things that’s also cited in the product pages that the mute/unmute sync with teams works only wired and not wireless. Anker should have tried the dongle route (like Jabra) but I know this.If they can figure this out somehow over Bluetooth that’ll be great.It’s excellent for calls, good clarity, never seen the Bluetooth when I use it go down, no problems on voice and everything about this product is what it says it does. I’m not surprised given the number of Anker products I own.I was almost able to get 6 hours of continuous battery performance (on and off various calls) over Bluetooth. But if you are at desk mostly and wired in for the calls battery doesn’t matter.

Connects nicely, and quick too. Sounds great on both ends. So many of these speakers sound great to the listener but the mic sounds terrible to those on the other end. This one sounds fantastic on that end.

I have used several different speakerphones with Zoom and Teams, and this one is my favorite. Call quality is always excellent and people on the other end of the call say I am crystal clear. Size is perfect for travel or home office. This is easy to pair and works well whether you or using a desktop or laptop. The battery life is impressive. I absolutely recommend this for individual use.

6 months into using I was in the middle of a work call, the sound popped and it simply stopped working. Would not recommend anyopne to buy this if the estimated lifespan for the product is just 6 months. Complete waste of money.

I was looking for a conference speaker after using Jabra for years at my previous company. The sound quality is great. It’s quick to connect. Worth the money for a home office set up!

I bought this device to help zoom members hear and participate better in weekly room meetings. Everyone has been delighted at the enhanced results. It's easy to set up, use and recharge, though I had to have someone more knowledgeable than me synch the device to our iPad link to the internet. The price is so reasonable. Not a single complaint. People at extreme corners of the room can be heard clearly. High recommendation.
