Did anyone else have a long wait time for shipping? I ordered on July 1, scheduled delivery was for the 8 and all tracking still says is label created

I ordered 10 barstools. One box of 2 arrived as expected. The other 4 boxes have been ordered a second time and still haven't arrived. Tracking says label created but not shipped. Now I have 2 barstools that I can't use if the rest don't show up. Not happy.

How's leather quality for long term use of 3 to 4 years ? I purchased sofa of leather but it started breaking into small pieces after use of 2 years.
