Took a chance on these men’s shorts because I’m a woman but find bikinis and one-pieces very uncomfortable, and swim shorts made for women tend to only come in very strange patterns or fit uncomfortably (in my experience). I measured myself and used the guide to find the right size to order, and I’m very happy with my shorts! The color is nice, the fit is great, the compression shorts underneath keep me from flashing anyone while I swim, and the quality of the material feels really sturdy and comfortable too. Definitely would buy again!

These shorts are amazingly comfortable and eye catching. They fit me great but I got some meaty thighs so a little snug(just need to buy more) quality is great for swim shorts or wearing versatility, light weight, and the elastic waist band doesn't leave any marks.All in all great price comfy and tons of style

Great shorts with a small but crucial modification. They use a fishing line type plastic thread to sew on the inside label in the waist band. After about 4 minutes of wear I had to take them off, break out the seam ripper, and take the label off. Problem solved, but they are unwearable if you don't do this.Cons:- Fishing line type plastic thread inside waist band, but solvable in 5 minutes with a seam ripper- I personally don't like mesh pockets, but some may as they won't fill with waterPros:- great fit, I ordered a medium and wear 32" waisted pants.- stretchy and allow freedom of movement. No "tight spot" when bending / moving- scalloped sides make for a great vintage look- colors are spot on to the website

Yep, these are my new go-to trunks. Sizing is *perfect* for me. For reference, I’m sort of between 36 and 38 waist, I can typically do 36 in most of my pants but different brands ride differently and I have big legs and butt, so often I have to bump up in size to accommodate. These are perfect, not too tight and not too loose. I’d venture to say if you’re on the lower or higher end of the size chart (depending on your fit preferences, I prefer a looser fit) I would consider a size up or down, but if you’re in that range for the size, these will fit great.Quality is good for the price, I don’t feel like I got robbed for $32 - I will say the pockets could be reinforced better, they’re the mesh material that’s typically in a swim trunks liner, so sharper objects could poke through and create holes over time (keys). But I’m not the type to wear a swimsuit around all the time, so it doesn’t bother me too much. Liner is good quality and a good fit, I’d say they could size it down ever so slightly for a more compression fit on the legs but it works great for me so I have no issue. I highly recommend these!

I have a number of these maamgic suits (and think the spelling is confusing and silly) and its the liners which make it so that you can't buy the old-school mesh suits anymore (mesh liners are uncomfortable and give you weird chaffing if you wear all day). The liner makes it so that these suits are all-day comfortable. This retro style is cool and a little shorter than the longer more mainstream suits. The colors and prints are loud and fun. I got a couple and like them both. The liners are what make these suits the bomb. The are a smooth light compression liner. Not too much squeeze on the liner but you won't flash the goods. Sizing is slightly generous. I have to use the string on the mediums, and don't have to with Nikes or Lulus.

The fabric is stretchy and very good quality. I really like the fit and design. No changes in color after washing.

I've only tried them on but they seem pretty good for the price. Going on vacation next week so I'll have a better idea of the quality then, if I notice anything I'll update my review. Mostly wanted to come here to say that I am 6'1", about 200lbs, and usually wear size 36. I got two patterns, one large one XL, and the large was about perfect. If you want them a little looser then XL would work but I prefer them a little more snug. Best way to describe it is that XL has pretty much no stretch on the elastic around the waist and large has some tension /stretch, but not too much. They feel like they will stay up better. I will say the XL is a little longer than the large, and the large is pretty short, so if you are concerned about length then maybe go a size up.
