I no longer go by line strength but by diameter.4.4lb for long trotting on a Centre pin reel, not used this line for waggler fishing but it’s probably very good for this method also.

Excellent line
Excellent line for float fishing, low visibility and very light weight, easy to cast light tackle float set ups a good distance.Only downside is harder to tie knots and rigs with such fine line but thats also its advantage.

Used the old type of drennan many years ago so decided to use the newer version good feed back so worth a go ...will update once used
